Fault Find & Battery Repair

Here at L E-Bikes we offer a Fault Find and Battery Repair service!!!
We will examine your E-Bike battery and/or E-Bike and see if we can find the cause of any fault/faults (based on what you tell us about any errors).
If it is a simple/quick fix, then we can include that in the fault finding fee, if it is a more serious issue, then we will need to send the battery or E-Bike away, but we will contact you before that takes place.
Our E-bike Fault find fee is £70 (not including any parts that may be needed to fix the fault).
If we find nothing/cannot find the fault we only charge half the fault find fee (as we will have spent time trying to find the fault).
If you as the customer choose to go ahead with any repairs, we will only charge half the fault finding fee (which will be deducted from the final cost of repairs).
If we find the fault/s and you as the customer choose not to go ahead with any repairs, the full fault find fee will be due.

If you need issues with a battery diagnosed and or fixed our battery diagnostic fee is £70, a battery (pun intended) of tests will be run on your battery to try and diagnose any issues.
- If we need to send your battery off for diagnostic and/or repair, then the fault find/diagnostic fee will need to be paid in full in advance before the battery can be sent away and any diagnostic can be undertaken.
- Any repair fees will need to be paid IN FULL before the return of the battery.

We will keep you informed and we will not go ahead with any repairs without your approval as a customer.

- If we find nothing/can't find out what is wrong then we only charge half the fault find fee (as we will have spent time trying to find the fault).
- If you as the customer choose to go ahead with any repairs we halve the fault finding fee.
- If we find fault/s on the battery, but you decide not to go with the repairs advised, then the full diagnostic fee of £70 will be due.
Battery Repairs will have a 6 month warranty.
Cell balancing usually will sort out most battery issues, but is not guaranteed as the issue may be deeper in some cases. Balancing will in some instances be the first step of a repair as opposed to the final, the diagnostic step will do its best to diagnose any issues with the battery, but may not pick up all issues.
