Return & Warranty Policy (E-Bike Motors, Batteries & Conversions)
- Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. Before the order is shipped, you need to contact us ASAP to let us know about the cancellation, because we can not cancel if the products are shipped out from our warehouse.
- Returns Policy
We have a 10 day return policy, starting when the customer receives the product, contact us for further information when you need to request a return. Only when customer unpacks the product and finds that the product is not what he or she wants to buy, customer can apply the return request. Products that have been used on bike are not eligible for return, they can be exchanged or request a warranty service.
- What is need for a return request
- Receipt or proof (order number) of the purchase;
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;

We will contact you for the return procedure. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
**Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.**
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our motor kits & batteries require signature confirmation for delivery. If delivery is refused, shipping costs are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted (this will be withheld from any refund).
For returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For all returns we recommend that you use shipping service can be tracked or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note - We can only guarantee delivery of purchases when there are no changes or modifications during shipment. Any purchases made from our company in which a customer decides on their own accord to make any modifications directly with the shipping company (FedEx or UPS etc) during shipment (including but not limited to; delivery address changes, hold and or pick up requests), we are no longer able to guarantee delivery and we are not responsible for lost packages. We can only guarantee delivery of orders purchased through our company and shipped to the address which was originally provided at the point of purchase. If any modifications are made by the customer during the shipment process, we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays or lost packages.
*Refunds Policy
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not as soon as possible. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
- The Warranty is only valid for the original buyer.
- The Warranty will not cover any form of water damage.
- The Warranty will not cover minor surface blemishes, rips, tears, other cosmetic damages due to normal use, or other intentional damage to the product.
- The Warranty will not cover any damage which results from the application of improper cleaners, solvents, or chemicals to the product, water damage, smoke or soot, or from exposure to saltwater, sea breeze, or salt.
- The Warranty will not cover any damage which results from aging, such as fading of paint, deterioration of plated surfaces, deterioration of rubber or plastics, or rusting.
- The Warranty will not cover problems caused by the modification or improper repair by the user.
- The Warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, natural disasters, man-made disasters, irresistible forces or chemical attack.
- The warranty does not cover screws, nuts, and bolts natural corrosion, wear and tear.
- Conversions
L E-Bikes conversions are supplied with factory settings on motors and batteries, If any settings are modified in any way via any method (such as speeed app) to increase or decrease amps, etc, this instantly voids any warranty as this is/was not how the e-bike was supplied or intended to be used.
If a road legal or non road legal L E-Bikes converted e-bike is confiscated due to negligence, endangerment of life, irresponsible riding or any other reason by a recognised law enforcement agent (Police etc), L E-Bikes accepts no liability, any warranty is voided instantly and L E-Bikes is under no obligation now, or in the future to replace or refund the confiscated e-bike. Bikes converted by L E-Bikes are supplied by default with a disconnected throttle (The throttle is a default part of the conversion kit) and customers are explicitly verbally warned of potential confiscation and throttle is only connected at the customers request, with the understanding that they take full liability for any potential confiscation that can happen.
If a bike converted by L E-Bikes is being paid for in installments and is stolen during the payment process, the full payment amount will still need to be paid for by the customer.
